1. Service Description
Istanbul Airport Pickup provides private airport transfer services and daily tours in Istanbul, Turkey. Our services include:
- Airport pickup and drop-off transfers
- City-to-city transfers
- Private guided tours
- Meet & greet service at arrivals
2. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or email
- A booking is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation message from us
- Please provide accurate flight details, contact information, and pickup address
- Any incorrect information may result in service delays or additional charges
3. Prices & Payment
Pricing
- All prices are quoted per vehicle, not per person
- Prices include VAT, tolls, parking fees, and meet & greet service
- Prices are fixed with no hidden fees or surcharges
- Prices may vary based on vehicle type and destination
Payment Methods
- Online payment: Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)
- Cash payment: Pay your driver on arrival (EUR, USD, GBP, TRY accepted)
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- ✓ Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup time
- Late cancellation: Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% charge
- No-show: Full charge applies if you do not show up without prior notice
- Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
5. Flight Tracking & Waiting Time
- We monitor all flights in real-time
- If your flight is delayed, your driver will adjust pickup time automatically
- ✓ Free waiting time: 60 minutes for airport pickups, 15 minutes for hotel/address pickups
- Additional waiting time may be charged at €10 per 30 minutes
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information
- Be ready at the agreed pickup time and location
- Treat drivers and vehicles with respect
- Wear seatbelts during the journey
- Not smoke inside the vehicle
- Not consume alcohol inside the vehicle
- Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle
7. Luggage Policy
- Standard luggage is included in the price
- Please inform us of oversized luggage, sports equipment, or special items when booking
- A larger vehicle may be required for excess luggage
8. Child Seats
- Child seats are available upon request at no extra charge
- Please specify the child’s age when booking so we can provide the appropriate seat
- Parents are responsible for securing children in car seats
9. Liability
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or circumstances beyond our control
- We are not responsible for missed flights due to late bookings or incorrect flight information
- Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked service
- All vehicles are fully insured for passenger safety
10. Modifications
- Booking modifications are free of charge if requested at least 24 hours in advance
- Changes within 24 hours of pickup may incur additional charges

11. Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your transfer. We will investigate and respond within 48 hours.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
